Viticulture and oenology hall

The “oenology room” is dedicated to the vine, wine and cooper activity, also including a rich collection of presses and old corkers.

The heart of Franciacorta’s winemaking history told by unique pieces such as a horizontal press from 1893 built by Arnaldo Zanelli in Palazzolo s / O (Brescia), a press with a large base in gray sandstone from the Vanzago quarry in Capriolo (Brescia),

and also a hydraulic press from the end of the 19th century, presses mounted on horse-drawn carriages, one of the first crusher-destemmers built in 1895 by the Vitali brothers in Villongo S. Alessandro (Bergamo).
