Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir.
Production cycle: ages stacked on lees for at least 120 months (11 years from the harvest).
Color: golden with thin and long perlage
Nose: fruity notes, toasts and pyric powder. Aromas of pineapple syrup, candied citrus fruits, peaches, candies, ginger, jasmine, honey, pastry aromas, toasted hazelnuts and coffe
Palate: voluminous in mouth, equally complex, good acidity and creamy bubbles, persistent. Scents of star anise and almonds crunch, subtle in flavor and elegant freshness
Gastronomy: rabbit saddle with ginger, white meats and fish.
