Agricolture and wine museum

The Ricci Curbastro Agriculture and Wine Museum is the result of more than thirty years of research carried out by Gualberto Ricci Curbastro.
Inaugurated in July 1986, and continuously expanded over the years, the museum is a unique reality in Franciacorta that preserves, in the cottages of the Ricci Curbastro Farm Estate, thousands of objects, which are proof of the agricultural work of the past.

Four halls divided by themes that can be visited, prior to appointment, so that you may be accompanied through the museum and learn about our work during the past and present.
The museum is open all year round, from: 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
The tour lasts 1-1.5 hours, for a maximum number of 100 visitors.


Four programs are offered by the farm estate are:

Program 1. The Classic.

Guided tour of the Ricci Curbastro Agriculture Museum and the wineries of the Ricci Curbastro Farm Estate, with illustration of the production process for Franciacorta DOCG and Curtefranca DOC. Included is wine tasting with a glass of Franciacorta Brut DOCG, served with breadsticks.

Program 2. The Double.

The same as above, but includes wine tasting with a glass of Franciacorta Brut DOCG and one glass of Franciacorta Satèn Brut DOCG, served with breadsticks. Grana cheese is also included for groups of mimimum 7 persons.

Program 3. The Triplet.

The same as above, but includes wine tasting with a glass of Franciacorta Brut DOCG, one of Franciacorta Satèn Brut DOCG, and one of Franciacorta Extra Brut DOCG, served with breadsticks. Grana cheese is also included for groups of mimimum 7 persons.

Program 4. The Museum. (min. 4 people)

A historic journey that links Ricci Curbastro Agriculture Museum to its Franciacorta wines that reach the disgorgement stage after a longer number of years of aging on lees in wine cellar.
Guided tour of the Museum and Wineries of the Ricci Curbastro Farm Estate with an illustration of production processes. Tasting of a Franciacorta Zero Dosage «Gualberto» 2008, Franciacorta Brut Museum Release 2006 and Franciacorta Satèn Brut Museum Release 2006, served with breadsticks and Grana Padano cheese.
